All products sold by Middle-Earth Artwork are made to order specifically for each customer. Please review the product description, selected size, frame color, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at middleearthartwork@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
Include the following information:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the entire product and the affected area
• A photograph of the packaging if it was damaged during delivery
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Please do not return an item unless we provide return instructions.
LOST ORDERS
If tracking indicates that your order might be lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment with the fulfillment provider and carrier before approving a replacement or refund.
BUYER’S REMORSE AND INCORRECT SELECTIONS
Because every product is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges resulting from buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size or frame color selected by the customer, or a change of mind.
This restriction does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s jurisdiction.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We can only make changes before the order enters production. Once production has started, cancellation or modification might no longer be possible.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, lost, or requires reshipment because the address supplied during checkout was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
