SHIPPING POLICY
PRODUCTION TIME
Our products are made to order by a third-party production and fulfillment partner. Most orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days. Production can take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, temporary stock shortages, or when an order requires additional quality review.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on the destination and products in the order.
The estimated delivery date is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS
Orders may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities depending on product availability, inventory, and the customer’s delivery address. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive an email containing the tracking information after the order ships. Tracking information may take additional time to update after the shipping label is created.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
INCORRECT ADDRESS AND FAILED DELIVERY
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Middle-Earth Artwork is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may be required before it can be shipped again.
DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES
If the estimated delivery date has passed, please allow an additional 5 business days for unexpected carrier delays.
If the order still has not arrived, contact middleearthartwork@gmail.com with your order number. Claims concerning packages believed to be lost must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If an item arrives damaged, photograph the product and packaging and contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the product and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
